Focus: Update on the Planning and Design Code
The times are a-changing...
Planning Minister Vickie Chapman has announced that there will be a six-week consultation on the CORRECTED P&D Code.
You are invited to attend to find out about the changes and the process and how you can provide input and submissions. The Code will replace all local council Development Plans in South Australia with one statewide Code, and many other changes to our planning system are already in place in the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act and Regulations over the past 5 years.
Come along to the meeting, and learn how the Code addresses biodiversity, climate change, urban infill and heritage.
This is the last chance to comment on a system that will radically change the process for development and the way you live in South Australia.
