By popular demand we are running a second workshop.
Join Sam Ryan for an hour-long introduction to the fermented goodness of kefir and kombucha. Included in the workshop are tips on how to get started making your own, kefir and kombucha tastings, and all participants will receive some water kefir grains and kombucha SCOBY to take home.
Bring along a notebook and pen for notes and a couple of jars to take the grains and SCOBY home in.
