Food Matters: What size is your foodprint?

Explore practical ways to reduce your impact through food while maintaining a healthy diet -  plus a cooking demo!

Did you know that by changing our diet we can have a massive impact on climate change? This event explores a sustainable diet - what does that mean? What does a sustainable diet look like?

You'll learn about the best diet recommendations for the health of both people and the planet and take away some easy and practical tips.

Hosted by The Food Embassy team including nutritionist and foodie Georgia Larkin (APD). Georgia is incredibly passionate about making sustainable diets delicious, nutritious + accessible to all and will share simple tips and swaps to reduce your impact through food.

Want to join in on the virtual cooking demo? We'll email a list of ingredients to have on hand in advance.
