Ladies let’s talk

Eco periods and teas for your cycle

Join Dani Austin from Folk of all Trades as we discuss the pros and cons of reusable alternatives to single-use menstrual products. We’ll explore the environmental benefits, how to use and care for them and have a collection of products that you can take a look at.

The workshop will also include a discussion and tasting on tea blending for menstrual health.

Each participate will make their own jar of personalised tea blend to take home.

This workshop is free, but we do ask you register via the booking link.
