In this workshop Louise Mathwin from Healthier Habits will share why decluttering is so important, how to declutter effectively and how to live clutter free for ever. She will share tips, tricks and advice from experts around the globe and help you to live with ease, release fears and reclaim your space.

About the presenter:

Louise Mathwin started Healthier Habits in 2016 in response to friends asking her to share advice about how to live a healthier, happier life. She follows the basic philosophy of living simply, living with gratitude and living as close to nature as possible. Louise is a Nutrition Consultant and her business is largely focused on health and nutrition advice as a means to great physical and mental health. Her passion for happiness extends her interest into the physical realities of the way we live. She says that decluttering is one of the simplest and most effective ways to have a healthier, happier life.

The Adelaide Sustainability Centre is supported by the Adelaide and Mount Lofty Ranges Natural Resources Management Board and Conservation Council of South Australia.
