Sustainable Wellbeing: Setting up a home yoga and mindfulness practice

Sustainable Wellbeing: Establishing A Home Yoga & Mindfulness Practice

Yoga and Mindfulness teach us about the nature of being human and being well. This workshop provides practical guidelines to harmonize ourselves with our ever-changing inner and outer environments.

Over 4 weeks we will lay the foundation of a daily movement and mindfulness practice, which can then be flexibly fit into your life, allowing you to become Svastha ‘established in oneself’. Taking care of our mind and body not only changes one’s own life, but also radiates out into healthy families, communities, and environments.

“Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.” Unknown
