Class begins at 6.45am every Tuesday at The Foodprint Experience Cafe.
These early morning yoga classes are designed to take you on a 10 week journey, exploring new themes each week, building your practice, while strengthening your body, mind and spirit.
Your ticket includes a 1 hour guided yoga class, mat, bolster and a nutritious breakfast carefully designed by our chef to help you start your day right. Breakfast includes a choice of fairtrade organic coffee or select from our range of tea catcher teas. House made alternative milks are available along with vegan and gluten free options. Please advise of any dietary requirements the day prior to class to ensure we can cater to your needs.

The traditional Hatha Yoga practice will be led by Chantel from Earth Child Studio. Classes are gentle and slower paced focusing on alignment to suit your individual body needs while connecting the body to breath, enhancing holistic wellness to both mind and body. Finish your practice feeling grounded, refreshed, calm and ready for the day ahead.
