Does your small organisation need office accommodation in the CBD? We currently have a number of vacancies in our new co-working area as part of The Joinery at 111 Franklin St, Adelaide.
Annual rent for a desk space in a shared work area is $3200 ex GST p.a.
These office spaces have been completely refurbished, with new carpet, paint, lights, data and electrical cabling. Two small lockable offices are also available at $5200 ex GST p.a. (in addition all tenants are also required to pay a portion of cleaning and electricity costs of no more than $700 p.a.). Conservation SA also offers a discount for NGO/not for profits.
All prospective tenants will ideally be in the conservation/environment/community building field.
Tenants have free access to first floor facilities. This includes shared and meeting spaces including a staff kitchen and showers, first floor reception area, small meeting room (seats 4) and board room (seats 12). Tenants also have access to the ground floor spaces, (some free and some discounted) such as the seminar room (seats 40) and general meeting area (approx. 150 people). Outdoor spaces are currently in the planning phase with significant outdoor garden spaces also in development. Tenants will also be invited to participate in our regular events and activities.
We are in the early stages developing The Joinery and there is still work to be done in the ground floor and garden areas, but you could be part of this new and exciting stage in our sector’s growth and engagement with the community.
