Conservation SA are hosting a Future Transport Festival in the heart of Adelaide, Sunday 25 October, being held at the Joinery, 111 Franklin Street, Adelaide, ironically the old Adelaide bus depot.
Our Festival will inspire the South Australian community to increase their understanding of greener transport options and will be run in conjunction with the World Solar Challenge.
The Festival will host displays and demonstrations of electric and human powered transport options with solar recharge stations, engaging information and visual exhibition space, workshops and lunch time guest presenters. On the final day, the Festival will ramp up with a showcase of electric cars on display, music, food and plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, a real celebration of a positive renewable future in transport.
