Eco Families Adelaide - a sustainability group for Adelaide parents

Bring along your baby or toddler to our group exploring eco and sustainable living for families. Sessions are family-friendly and all are welcome.

Nature Connection

July’s Eco Families Adelaide session we will be looking at the importance and benefits of connecting to nature for families. Creating a lifelong journey of respect to our environment and progressing sustainable communities. We will explore ways of getting out into nature as a family, bringing nature into our homes and the nature connection in the learning environment for children.

Zoe Locke from Twig and Stick Children's Nature Club will also join us to talk about her involvement as a leader in bringing Nature Play to Adelaide.

Nature toys will be setup for the children to play with and there will be the opportunity for everyone to do some rock painting. In addition we will providing families with a Nature Play kit to take home.

The Adelaide Sustainability Centre is proudly supported by theAdelaide and Mount Lofty Ranges Natural Resource Management Board and Conservation SA.
